In our field it is essential to have protocols for each process. DEGRAF has certified its integrated management system for quality (ISO 9001), environmental protection (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), which guarantees the rigorousness of our processes and our commitment to meet the highest standards in our industry.
DEGRAF is also R2v3 CertifiedR, international standard for specific operational practices for electronic recycling companies. R2 regulates, among other things, handling of information stored in IT equipment, copiers, mobile devices and other electronic devices. It also regulates the responsible handling of hazardous waste such as lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, usually found in electronic equipment, which represent a risk to the environment and to workers.
We are aware that our responsibility as a company goes beyond the direct scope of our business.
